Papers of Thaddeus Shaw Page, including correspondence documenting Page's career as secretary to North Carolina Senator Josiah W. Bailey, 1930-1935; assistant to Archivist of the United States R.D.W. Connor, 1935-1943; administrator at the National Archives, 1943-1960; and his service with the North Carolina Democratic Party. Topics of correspondence include organization, administration, and programs of the National Archives and North Carolinians seeking jobs in federal agencies.
